Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers must contact us at support@omneralabs.com to request return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items returned in new condition within the 30-day return window.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or replacement, please contact our support team before shipping the original item back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details:

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
Refund Process

Lost or Missing Packages
