Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Items are new, unused, and in original packaging

  • All accessories and materials are included

  • A return authorization has been issued by our support team

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items that are unused and within the 30-day return window.
Contact our support team and we’ll help arrange a replacement or alternative product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.


Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or is not in original condition

  • The return is requested after 30 days of delivery

  • Items are sent back without prior authorization

  • Return label: Provided via email when return is approved

  • Return shipping cost: Free

  • Restocking fee: None

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
